    This dosing schedule is a general starting protocol. Adjustments should be based on your hunger cues, satiety, and side effects.

    Month 1
    4 units subQ weekly
    Month 2
    8 units subQ weekly
    Month 3
    13 units subQ weekly
    Month 4
    17 units subQ weekly
    Month 5
    24 units subQ weekly
    Month 6
    30 units subQ weekly
    Month 7–8
    Biweekly dosing may be introduced (e.g., 18–24 units 2x/week)
    Month 9–12
    Max dose: 53 units weekly

    Dosing Rules

    No hunger?β†’ Do not increase dose.
    Hungry but full with smaller portions?β†’ You're in the sweet spot.
    Constant hunger, cravings, or overeating?β†’ Slowly increase by 3–5 units weekly.
